Is the audit really free?
Yes. Connect Google Analytics 4 and you get a Health Score, three moves and a report. No credit card.
What happens after the free month?
You move to the Free plan. Your data, tasks and history stay. You can choose Founder or Team from inside the app at any time.
Which plan is for me?
Founder is for one person making the growth decisions: every connection, alerts, results and your growth brain inside Claude. Team adds what a growth team needs: ideas and votes, task owners, Jira and Notion sync, a view for each role and ready-made workflows.
Can I trust the numbers in my plan?
Each move shows the data rows it is based on, and every number in it is checked against your own data before you see it. If a number can't be confirmed, the card says so.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. GrowthWise never uses your data to train any AI model. We analyse it with Anthropic's Claude, and under Anthropic's commercial terms it is not used to train their models either. Access is read-only, and you can take it back at any time.
Do I pay per question or per credit?
No. There are no credits. Founder includes 50 questions a week in Slack and Team is unlimited under fair use. MCP questions run on your own Claude plan (ChatGPT access planned), so we add no AI fees.
How do agents work, and what are the limits?
An agent does one job with your own data and hands you findings with the evidence and the steps; you decide what becomes a task. Four run today: the ad auditor, the measurement auditor, the site auditor and the competitor watcher; the content planner writes with every weekly plan and does not count as one. Founder includes up to 3 agents and Team up to 5. Each agent can run 3 times a day, and a choice can be swapped after 30 days. Agents only read; nothing changes in your accounts.
What is in the workflow library?
Three ready-made workflows: Monday Growth Brief, Conversion Drop Responder and Experiment Launcher. Founder connects one of them, Team all three. Each is a template you import into your own n8n or Make account; GrowthWise sends it an event when the plan is ready, a sprint is approved or a number drops. There is no cap on events, and GrowthWise never signs in to your automation account.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Paying yearly saves 20%: Founder is $47 a month, billed as $564 a year, and Team is $79 a month, billed as $948 a year.
How do I pay?
By card through Paddle, the merchant of record and payment provider for GrowthWise. Paddle handles billing, receipts and sales tax or VAT in your country. You can cancel any time.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel any time. On the monthly plan you keep full access until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again; we don't refund the current month. On the yearly plan, if you cancel within the first 30 days we refund the full amount. After that, you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
Can GrowthWise change my ad campaigns?
No. GrowthWise only reads your reports. It never creates, edits or pauses anything in your ad accounts.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. The first 10 teams on a paid plan get 25% off for 12 months, and startups in accelerator or fund portfolios get a separate offer. Ask us.
Do I need a growth manager to use it?
No. It is built for teams without one. Each task comes with step-by-step instructions.
Which tools does it connect to?
Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Slack, Jira, Notion, n8n, Make and Claude today. ChatGPT and Meta Ads are planned.
Can a person help us too?
Yes. Guided adds two 30-minute calls a month with a GrowthWise consultant, on your own numbers and this week's moves. The 30-minute call after the free audit is a one-time introduction.
